Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is reference my mother (Muslim) property (Agriculture land in Karnataka) matter, My Mother has only one youngest brother,now they want share their property right,but when my mother demand her share right, they had prepared fake bond document with fake thumb impression say that i am will fully giving my share to my youngest brother,but as per mother concerned no such documents is prepared & sign, this documents has prepared in back date (1986) & all witness are died to said document.
Kindly help us to resolved the said matter.

The fabrication of the thumb impression of your mother is a criminal offence which requires lodging of FIR against your maternal uncle and you should also file a civil suit seeking aside of such fraud.

The forensic examination can also reveal the thumb impression is 28 years old or not!

Whether the document is registered ?
If your mother is confirm that thumb impression is not of her, you can lodge FIR.
