If the vigilance case is pending in the high court, what was the judgement in the trial court?
Whether he was convicted or not?
What is the date of judgement, what is the date of dismissal order.

You have to tell the following facts :-
(i) whether it is state vigilance case or departmental vigilance case?
(II) Even if the case is running in High court it is likely that if it is disciplinary case the he has been punished by deptt and gone to court. If it is criminal case then he is convicted and gone to High Court. If is is criminal case then it is also he is acquitted ans state has gone for appeal. It is you only who has to tell the truth and then seek advise.
(III) what are the allegations in criminal case?
(IV) what are the facts leading to this case?
