ROC rejected name proposed for the company? What needs to be done? What are the relevant eforms to be filled up?

You have to once again resubmit the form 1A to the ROC with new set of names within the date specified in the rejection letter. It is advisable to check the availability of names by logging in to the MCA website. However, it is not clear from the query the reasons for rejection.

First compare the names already entered from the departmental website and then prepare documents in the new name and submit the papers accordingly.
