I want to apply for AB at Hyderabad under 498A etc., What are the expenses involved in this. My son at USA booked under ASSAULT ON FAMILY MEMBER under false complaint by my daughter-in-law who have been married 3 months back in INDIA. Arranged marriage only.Please guide in the matter. Thanks for the guidance in advance.

Getting anticipatory bail in 498A case is not that difficult these days.
Fees of lawyers vary from state to state and person to person.
While making such application your son will have to be in India.

The main expenses of anticipatory bail is of lawyers fees which differ from person to person and court to court. You can negotiate and engage lawyer.

In some places the procedure differs, a vakalat is required to be filed for obtaining AB in some states, so the local lawyer will be able to guide you properly in this respect, however, after obtaining AB, for execution, you son has to be present by surrendering himself before the concerned magistrate court or police station as per the conditions of AB order. As far as the advocate fee is concerned, it will vary between one advocate to other of the same place too, there is no fixed rate of fee.
