sir, my grandfater sell entire agricuture land in the year 2012.and such agriculture land is ancestral .such land transfer from my great grnadfather .then what procedure take to claim share in such property

yOU CAN FILE SUIT FOR SETTING ASIDE THE SALE BUT THE RESULT WOULD BE A VERY DELAYED ONE. You have to keep great degree of patience.

Dear Jitendra,
I have doubt whether the land is 'ancestral' or not.
You are saying that it is 'ancestral' because it came to your grand father from your great grand father. THAT ALONE IS NOT THE CRITERIA.
Please indicate as to (i) in which year did your great grand father acquire the land; (ii) your grand father was born in which year; (iii) in which year your great grand father expired.
Only after knowing this it can be said whether the land was 'ancestral' or not.

I my opinion, the property acquired by your great grand father and vested in the hand of grandfather as his Legal heir may not be considered as ancestral property hence the sale may not be invalid. You may reply to the queries raised so that you can get proper opinion.

I agree with the experts, show the document of procurement of land by your great GF and the sale deed executed by your grandfather, to a local lawyer and proceed. There is some vital information missing in the query as correctly raised by an expert Mr. Anirudh, I have similar opinion.
