Applicant photo marked as exhibit in dv

Hi,
Photograph submitted by applicant in DV was marked as exhibit. Whereas photograph submitted by respondents was marked as article.
Why cant the same photograph can be mark as exhibit.

1. The photo of the applicant submitted while during her examination in chief must have been identified and compared with the original shown to the court during such process and hence the photo submitted with the petition has been marked as Exhibit. You should do that also to have the photo you have submitted and have it marked as Exhibit.

Same photograph can not be marked exhibit twice.

@ Mr Goyal both parties has submitted different photograph.
@ Mr Sharma.
We have followed the same steps which u have mentioned above.but jmfc judge marked them as article.

What do you mean by marking it as an article what is your advocate's opinion in it?

Whereas photograph submitted by respondents as evidence was marked as Article.
My lawyer is saying we will rectify during argumnents....?
