My husband has filed divorce case in family court and I have filed dv case on him. I'm working as I do not have any other source to help my self. So my husband knows about my employment . So as I'm working she is not eligible for maintenance. And I do not have any issues. Kindly suggest me now how do I take it forward. He is a businessman and all the property is in my in laws name. And he says he only has 7000 as his monthly income.

Well, how much are U earning per month and what are UR qualifications? There are judgement s of SC and different HC's that a qualified and well employed wife cannot sit idle and demand maintenance from her husband.

You have filed case(s) against your husband through some advocate or proceeding as petitioner/respondent in-person?? If through some cousel what is his/her guidance, advise and proceeding? In this eventuality why do you need expert's opinion and advise on this platform?
If contesting yourself it cannot be tutored, engage a local lawyer for your own benfit and interest.
