Sir,
I and my husband are taking a housing loan on co ownership basis i.e 50% each.
I want to know if suppose he dies then will i be the full owner???
Can he make a will stating that his share will go to his mother or someone else???
And if mother dies and has successors, then that 50% will be further succeeded???
To be on a safer side what can i do that after my husbands death i will be the sole owner?
Please help me on this
Sir,
I am taking the loan as my husband will not get the loan on only his income. He is going to pay the installments as promised now.
But when i am taking this step ,i want to be completely secured as nowadays we cannot trust anyone.
1.What can i do that after my husband i will be the sole owner?
2.Something written from my husband will work? If Yes,then what?
3.And what if after given me in written ,he prepares another will?

A registered holistic WILL should take care of your apprehensions.

I want to know if suppose he dies then will i be the full owner??
- Hope he should live long. However, after him, his share would be inherited by his legal heirs including you being his wife.
Can he make a will stating that his share will go to his mother or someone else???
--Yes he can do so legally no bar.
And if mother dies and has successors, then that 50% will be further succeeded???
--In this case, mothers share would be inherited by her legal heirs.

Relation of husband and wife is on trust and it seems that it is lacking in the present case, not a legal but individual problem.
You can refuse to join as borrower if you have no trust.
You can join as borrower with your husband even if the title of property is not in your name. However, some Banks ask for title.
Depends on the position whether your husband has sold / mortgaged / bequeathed his share and how during his lifetime?
1. Discuss with your lawyer.
2. He can bequeath a will which can be changed any time.
