Hi There,
I would like to know if there is a way for a landlord to sign a leave and license agreement while letting out his/ her property from a remote location.
For example, if the Landlord is in a different country but wants a property leave and license agreement to be made / registered.
What are the possible options to make the above happen ?
Can be agreement happen on digital medium ? Can digital signatures be used ?
Thanks a lot for any help!

You may give POA to another person and such person can execute the agreement.

Leave and license agreement must be signed by both landlord and tenant. If due to any reason landlord is not in position to sign the agreement,he may appoint POA,who can sign and execute such agreement on behalf of landlord.

The landlord can appoint Power of Attorney, to sign and execute the agreement on his behalf. However, a photocopy of this needs to be attached to the agreement.

it cannot happen, he has to either be present physically before the registrar's office or to be represented by a POA agent.
