Can i take a legal action against a company

Dear all respective expert's,
Can I take a legal action against a biggest mnc company . they are revoked my offer by stating my university (Agra University's) is blacklisted in company's records.they already extended my Doj 3 times before denied by said my I'd is not created.I have already resigned from my last company and now jobless since last 2.5 months
Please advise me ....

The company has every right to deny the job before the confirmation of the job or finalizing the terms of employment.
Was there any promise given by the company in writing?

---Company is no one/authority to blacklist a University.
Did you mention the name of university in Resume/Vitae, during interview,in employment application/forms submitted after selection, and/or did the company collect the testimonials during the interview.
If yes company had prior information that candidate has passed from Agra Univ.
---Did the company ask to join on particular date, and to resign or submit copy of resignation/service certificate/relieving letter etc at the time of joining or by dated...........?
If yes it had asked you to resign and loose current source of livelihood.
Show all docs on record to an able counsel before you proceed on your own.

Some important things I want to mention below: I have already mentioned my university name on my resume ,
I was interviewed in the company around 20-22 Sep 2015 and received an e-mail from recruiter for documents submission after 2-3 days later I have submitted my all my documents in the company included Provisional degree certificate on 29th Se9 2015, after submitted all my documents in the company I was received offer letter via e-mail on 08th O
