Hello sir, Myself abc frm Lucknow. Mere father ne 2 marriage ki thi...dono mother ki death ho chuki hai...main aur meri sister 2nd mother se hai ...meri younger sister ki marriage 2011 mein hui thi but uske inlaws ki taraf se dowry se related dikkat kerne per wo ab hamare sath rahti hai ...main handicapped hun isliye marriage nahi hui..mere papa mere step brother aur sisters ko jyada maante hain ...step brother chahte hain ki hum dono sister is ghar mein n rahe ...kya hum dono apne papa se proprty mein right maang sakte hai....aur kaisey...pls help us ...we both r facing a big problem...

You can seek maintenance from you father.

Agreed with Expert Shri P. Venu.
If the property is self acquired and self earned and self acquired then you have no forced share.
You may also approach Commissioner for Persons with Disability.

During life time of your father you can not claim share in the property of father.
You can ask for maintenance.

Yes, you can ask for the maintenance but not the share in the self owned property of your father.

yadi aapke Papa ke pas koi property hai jo Grandfather se aai hui hai to aap usme hissa mang sakti h.
if your father is having property derived from your grandfather or ancestors, you can seek partition in property. I assume you are a Hindu.
