Leaving STATE GOVT JOB on appointment in central deparent

What course is legally right when switching from state govt. job to central govt.job resigning or getting relieved. Of course the new job was applied through proper channel.

you can have technical resignation.

Yes, you can submit technical resignation so that your past service will be counted and pay protected, if so eligible.
