Helli sir, I am living in pune & 1 yr back I have purchased resale flat in pune, we have sale deed & after flat possession we come to know that owner already has done MOU which is notari but not registered on same flat 1.5year back & has take 11lakh rs from seller but now he is not paying him back so there is case going on my owner because for getting money back or flat, i had given paper notice also but no objection came that time.so what should i do now please help me

Take copy of the sale agreement / Show all documents to local lawyer and discuss. Terms of agreement need to be referred.
Prey the court to include you in the running case as your interest is at stake.
