Marriage fraud / visa fraud

My wife used me as the quickest vehicle to enter Canada and got me arrested on false allegations and ran away from home. Trying to get a restraining order for two years and save her immigration status in north america.

I need help to file a case on marriage fraud / 420 / cheating etc.

She should not be living here as she keeps putting me in trouble by complaining over and again. She should get arrested and deported back to india.

Please help me.

Just making false complaint will not prove your guilt beyond reasonable doubts. It need to be proved before the law.

Are you in India at present?

If she is living in north America, can send complaint to govt. department and police at that place.

Lodging complaint in India may not fetch desired results, crime occurred if any was out of India.
