Can a governor dismiss the order of upa lokyukta?

Sir,
My case deals with an internal mark issue. I have all the documents to prove my innocence but the upa lokayukta dismissed the case just like that. the most surprising fact is that he does not know the meaning of revaluation and supplementary. he also stated in his judgment that he doesnot wish to look into matters leading to forging signatures and mark sheets. 5 years i wasted in this forum. my doubt is that whether a governor can quash the order issued by him and take action on my grievance. (I donot wish to go to high court as it is another waste of time as i already lost 5 years. ) please guide me....

sir, the case was dismissed stating that he has no hesitation to dismiss this case.....
And he was also unable to understand the order issued by the same forum stating that my result was published on revaluation for one subjt.
this case deals with internal marks in which vigilance also found authenticity..but forum wont accept any evidence...only the words of sc of unvty is accepted...

My case started with purposeful reduction in unvty mark for a subject. When the matter reached lokayukta the unvty changed the marks to its original form. i.e from 18 to 65. this case was closed. after that due to losing the case the principal purposefully reduced my internal marks in 3rd and 4th sem mba. but i passed in all unvty exams with 70% marks. but due to the award of zero marks in internals it will not be possible for any student to score full marks in unvty exam. but when i complained to unvty order was issued to award my marks fairly like the other students in internals.but they didnot. i took the matter to lokayukta. for three years my case was dragged, even the hon'ble president of India issued orders to unvty to take necessary action. in addition to above the marks awarded are signed by a person who is not a faculty of my institution. now recently the forum dismissed the case stating that he doesnot want to interefere in forging of mark list and any pertaining to unvty nepotism. is this justice? he also can't understand the meaning of the order issued formerly....

From the facts stated, the Lok Ayukta has not decided the matter according to Law.The only solution is in approaching the High Court.

But I don't want to waste my time in high court again that is why i thought of the option given by Smt Ms Usha Kapoor .
