Sir I am working for a ltd company as Regional Manager everymonth our salary used to get credited on last working day, this month for all other staff it got credited on 28/10/2016 except mine. When i checked with company HR i came to know that it is holded. And they had not given any prior intimations regarding same and still i dont know the reason why it is holded, kindly advise what to do.

Employee can lodge complaint the moment payment of earned wages is delayed even by a day.
You may represent under proper acknowledgment to good offices of appointing authority,MD preferably by letter thru Redg. Post or atleast from personal email id.

Ask HR reason for withholding your salary and proceed accordingly.

Probably you are in Middle Management.
For such position such action is usually after due consideration.
So you must be having an idea of the reason.
Once you have an idea and confirmation from payroll/HR( HR for Middle Management) you may share.
If the reason is sufficient for penultimate action and/or separation, firm up our next venture ASAP and try for clean relieving.

Sir payslip is uploaded in site but i am not able to open it it showing document currepted but can view in annual summary. I had not given any intimations till now for holding the salary HR is got giving any answer regarding same. All other staff got salary before Diwali. Hr told to consult with GM he told it is delayed but reason is not disclossed.

Three months back same thing happened the reason they told was sales is low. But after one week they released salary and along with that given me a appraisal letter with 10% increments stating that i had met company expectations.

Now being a public ltd company every three months salary getting hold is loosing my confidence in the company to continue. I feel doubt in my career progression. Company Name is Sicagen india Ltd chairman Mr.Ashwin Muttiah son of MA Chidambaram SPIC group chennai office at guindy.

Download the evidence as employer or its attorney's may tender some fancy reason this time as well and claim that it was some 'Technical Error'.

Write to HR with screenshots and ask to supply salary slip and salary.

Sir i have not hided any thing all the things i had told i 100% Sincere they had not given me any reasons when other employees told that their salary got credited then only i understood and discussed with hr and got above said answer to consult with gm. I had not hided anything. All the things happened to me so far i had written here.

You can wait for some time, if salary not released till nov. last week, write under acknowledgement.
