1. Property Card, Electric Bill, Water Bill (or whatever) CANNOT be transferred to name of "ANONYMOUS".

When Mr. Kumar Doab is appearing here with fake ID without his real name, photo and location), with what justification he wants the querist to reveal his ID? Does he want the ID of the querist with location just to blackmail him or to recruit him as a member of his terrorist group?
With his vague posts, it becomes quite clear that Mr. Kumar Doab is quite upset due to his deteriorated mental health. If he does not have anything to advise, he should better take bed rest, preferably in some mental hospital.
