Dear SIr, We had a tenant eviction court case since 1991, Which ordered 3 months back, the order says as under
"The defendants directed to deliver the vacant and khas possession ouf the suit property to the plaintiffs within a period of 60 days from the date of this order failing which the plaintiffs will be at liberty to put the decree into execution according to law.'
The tenant have not handed over the premises to us but left the premises bare open, which is being risky for us. Please guide us the proper step in this case to take possession legally while the property is neither locked not handed over to us.

Ever since inception of case in the year 1991 you have engaged an able, competent and intelligent lawyer, why did you not ask such question(s) from him/her, who is well about the facts of the case, whereas you have provided limited information?

The tenant without the need of any order by court should keep the property safe and protect from damage and or loot… Make videos and keep unshakable witnesses…to establish your point.. The court passed order 3 months back and to handover possession in 60days from date of order.. Approach your own or another very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity and having a successful track record specializing in civil matters and …worth his/her salt…with all docs/record and inputs that you have..
