Joint venture agreement registration

Two companies A and B enters into a joint venture agreement to create Company C with certain reponsibilities and rights etc. Is it necessary that the agreement be registered?

Definitely such agreement is required registration wherein a third company is required to be created. This is minimum requirement. permission from CLB is also required.

there is no requirement for registration. no permission from CLB is required.
