Que.Can any Expert tell me the Procedure to File Pauper Suit to Declare oneself Bankrupt?

Order 33 of CPC deals with the pauper suit which also prescribes the eligibility of the applicants and the procedures.

Mr.Reddy the Document seems to be copy paste, of what Mr. Burman has indicated,being a high court advocate, we expect simplification of Procedure for Laymen,instead of copy paste of complicate legal Documents.

you should satisfy the court that you have no sufficient means to pay necessary court fees. you should attach schedule of your property if any.you should also state in application that you have not disposed of any property two months prior to filing of the application to sue as pauper.
