dear sirs / madam,
married in 2006 in a church, was a christian love marriage. after 1 month, wife left husband and went to her parents home.after many requests from husband she was not came to lead marital life.
after 8 months male child born.
after many requests from husband, elders, she wont joind with husband. and in a meeting with elders,and in a meeting with a lawyer she told " i dont want to reunion with husband , i want divorce but demanded 2 lakh money to sign mutual divorce consent. husband ready to give 1 lakh only, and asked custody of kid. she asked time to think. after that she is not talking to lawyer and elders. and telling i dont want to come to any meetings. husband went to concerned police station and told all the details to SI. then SI made a call and called her to meetinng in police station.
then she told to him, i dont come to police, lawyer and if husband has interest in marital life iam ready to re join family life at my residence only, if he dont come to my home also no problem. i will live in my own house without husband. now husband went to a lawyer and filed petition for divorce. but in this case,
1)no written evidance of elders meeting and lawyer meeting, how to show these evidances to court?
2)after 5 years desertion, now she wantedly trying to delay and mis lead the case , she is ready to tell she is not willing to take divorce, so how to get divorce?
3)if she wantedly put 498 or any cases on me , how to deal?
4)if wantedly she tell lies , like sir after 1 month of marriage my husband left me, now he is trying to take divorce .

now i want to file in court 420 and forgery case.
for this sending legal notice is cumpulsary?
if he wantedly reeject notice,
without surviving of notice how to file in court ?

we filed mutually in dec , judge given 6 months time. now 6 months completed .my case with 4 plus years desertion. now wife blackmailing for money to attend final hearing otherwise she wont come to court. this is a new twist new headache to me. iam ready to pay maintanance as per judgment, even thou wife is thinking wrongly for money . can return fom court and file one side? bcz wife demanding 4 laks , it is too tough to me to pay-4lak/ pls guide me sir

sir same lawyer for wife and husband, wife is telling with lawyer that she want 4 lakhs. lawyer know all the story, wife is a money mided and behaving like a sadist

how mutual will cancel ? what is the normal procedure in court?
how many hearings will give judge if wife absent? how much normal time?
how to proceed separately in court for divorce by filing single side divorce after canceling of mutual?

my relative's divorce case filed 6 months back, it is of mutual consent. afte 6 months their final hearing is in court is on 27 july. but now his wife family is demanding 4 lakhs to attend final hearing in court. otherwise she (wife) is decided to absent court hearing. husband is ready to pay maintanace as per judgement. even she is demanding etra money. sir court will give another chance to them? if wife absent to court what steps will take court ?
will judge give another chance or cancel the mutual consent?

what is the period to file misconduct of advocate in state bar council sir?
what is the proceedure of misconduct case at council?
in misconduct of advocate case should i appoint advocate from my side or council will take case sir ?

sir, iam a sc candidate, had clash with 1 fellow , he scolded me a lot including my caste name, i went to concerned police station and told all to on duty ASI, ASI enquired me and finally he is telling that you are telling all facts of your quarrel, but you both are well educated then how that fellow use your cast name ? iam not believing, and told to me dont try to put false case on a higher caste fellow. and i wont take your case under atrocity act, then he returned my complaint. then i met one advocate discussed all. now advocate is telling we file directly in the court, court will send case to concerned police station. is it comfortable to my case or not sir? please guide me the proper route to file my case under atrocity act sir

dear sir
law is more and more support to females.
in one law book 125 cr pc is a more than 100 pages all are favouring to wifes.
in my case i met concerned SI and told all details, he talked twice with my wife by mobile phone(she told that she is not interested to come to police station to discuss or to finalise or to talk family matters)and SI simply told , she is not intersted to come to police so i dont and not able to help you.
so now my petition is filed in court sir.
if my wife files a false case like "he married me after 5 days he left me and now came and trying for divorce "
like this case how many days jail to me sir?
