Hi, I wanted to ask that I wanted to enroll my brother in an academy known as Nimbus Maritime Academy in Belapur CBD. I am supposed to pay a hefty amount for admission there and I have made the payment trough cheque. I wanted to know what all measures can I take if they dont fulfill their promises of a job etc.

Hello,
I have a piece of land in W.B. It was given to my mom & dad by my maternal grandpa. Since we live in mumbai he had shown us the real property papers & told my parents that since my dad gets transferred after every 5 yrs.(NAVY) he would keep it with himself.Till then everything was fine.My grandparents died after 10 yrs of this incident within a span of 6 months of each other.
After we could recover from the shock of double death in family, we realised that inspite of asking my maternal uncle(he & my mom were the only children), he is not very eager to send the legal documents to us. This land is under Panchayat rule(or area).What should we do?

Hi!
I wanted to know that if the secretary and chairman of my society refuse to respond to the water supply problems. Even after discussing the same in Annual General Meeting and many written applications.
What legal action can I take?
We receive fairly sufficient quantity of water.Its the repair of the water pipes, that's what they are delaying.
