Respected Experts,
My ex-wife has filled cases for 498A & 406, maintenance for baby as she her self being empoly, SHRC, Women commission,RCR,Office all my seniors including Minister,
What other case she can file against me as She & his father is hell bent against me.
I was told by my friend they are planning more case against me.
As i am already fedup because of tough time in 498A 406,which is pending in court.Maintenance also disposed off.

My divorced wife filed FIR for 406 along with 498A,in 406 the lady has given list of belongs which has no end,although the lady has taken all Gold with her.The FIR later culminated into charge sheet in Court.
My Query is what is the credibility of 406 when not even single voucher is given by my divorced wife in FIR.

I have asked this query earlier also, was given good suggestion by respected experts. I am facing mental agony now & also embarrassment from my officials also because of 498a & 406 hearing as I have to take at least 3 to 4 days off from my office. Please advice brief of the case ,
Married to a Lady in 2007 as per Muslim rituals both being Muslim(Mehar paid in full).the said lady on Jan 2009 left the house for two days but till Nov.2009 did not returned back despite repeated request. Ultimately on Nov. 2009 I divorced her through a divorce deed (Talaqnama), dispatched through registered post to the available address of the said ex-wife, which she refused to accept, but the lady filed case for the maintainess of baby after 5 day from date of dispatch of divorce deed, I accepted to pay max amount under this section to my baby as she herself being an employ, later in Oct 2010 the lady filled a case of restitution of Conjugal right in District Court, She also filed an FIR for 498A & 406 against me & my whole family in police, which culminated into challan in Court & which is pending for disposal in court, the police submitted Challan against me only & dropped my family members . After some times she filed an application in Women Commission, where I filed my objects but the commission gave the lady three recommendation against me at the back of me. The lady also filed same complain against me & my family in Human Rights Commission, I filed my reply there also & mentioned them all the cases which are pending in court.
Now my request is
1) For 498A & 406 from lost more than a year I am moving in court, I am in mental agony kindly advise me what to do as so for more it has charged nor discharged, even though all the allegations given by them are baseless. Kindly, advise how to handle this case as I am employ in an organsation.
2) What the role of SHRC is when all these cases are pending in different Courts, what sought of Human right violation I have done, as my Ex-wife & her father are saying I have violated their Human rights. My ex-wife & her father are dragging me here & there, torturing me. Kindly give me advice about my case in SHRC.

1) Got married to lady in 2007as per Muslim Rituals.
2) Both Muslims.
3) Maher paid in full at the time of Nikka.
4) Posted Talqnama to her in 2009, which she refused to accept.
5) 6 days after Talqnama was posted she registered Crpc488 for our baby, which I accepted to pay & it was disposed with full payment under this Section. She herself being Govt. Employ.
6) After 1 year in 2010 she filled the case for Restitution of conjugal rights against me & also got stay against me for 2nd marriage, but at that time I have already done 2nd Nikka, which is also pending in court for disposal.
7) After a year she filled FIR for 498A & 406 against me & my family, final which culminated into Challan in the Court & is under Discussion for charge in court, the I/O from Police framed Challan against me on & dropped my family members.
8) She filled complain In Women Commission & SHRC.
9) She also filed Contempt against me in RCR. which is also pending in court for disposal.
10) She also got some recommendation against me from Women commission which were given to her on date on which their was no date of hearing even though I attended all hearings,as in our state the Commission is being run by a political leader & she gave those recommendation as my Ex-Inlaws have good political connection.The recommendation were 1) to my Director of the Department for Displenenary action under conduct rule as I being a govt employ for Bigamy.2)DG-Police for recover of belongs which I always said I am ready to give ,but they have shown the quantity in the list which will not be available in the big store in Delhi.
11) My query is about SHRC as I am attending the same from lost more then year, even though I told them all details & gave them copy of FIR, cases pending in the court of law. Kindly advise me what to do with SHRC & what action or recommendation they can give after all these cases.

Contempt of court
Married in 2007 both Muslim, In Nov. 2009 I divorced her through a Talaqnama, dispatched through post to the available address of the lady, which she refused to accept, later in Oct 2010 the lady filled a case of restitution of Conjugal right in Court, were she prayed for 1) “A decree of Conjugal right, directing defendant to restore the matrimonial relationship as legally wedded husband of Plaintiff” 2) “ A decree of permanent prohibitory injuction, restraining the defendant from contracting second marriage” . The Hon’ble court passed the order as “ the non-applicant is restrained till next date of hearing from solemnizing another marriage.” “Issue notice to non-applicant for his appearances & filling of objections to this application”. I have filed my objections & in none of the hearing any discussion about Status Quo was discussed.
I solemnized another married, now the lady has applied for the Contempt of Court, I submitted my objection as:
1) Suit of Plaintiff is not maintainable u/s 16 & 20 CPC as this Court lacks Jurisdiction, as Respondent resides in another District & carries his personal gain in the same district. In view of Section 16 & 20 of CPC this court lacks jurisdiction to try the suit & in order passed by this court is without Jurisdiction so application merits dismissal.
My query is what the credibility of this Contempt,
