My son;s wife left my son 8 years ago and after 6 months leaving my house she born a boy, now she is seeking divorce, will she have the right to my property even though I do not want to give any my property? Pl. advise me .

My wife left me eight years ago when she was pregnantr two months, but she did not even come my house many time requested
Neither is divorcing me and has written a false report against all my family members

My marriage is going to be three years. I'm teasing with my wife. She is married to me since there is little living .She is parent's house is live much , So whenever she coming & live Short Time there is even rude to my family members that behavior. Then I'll go and call him from ever-law wife and the wife's younger sister who is unmarried is quite brawl She uses rude language to me that She Say I could not stay with you and your family. Her parents are not alive. Which had elapsed before marriage she is owner a work shop which is her parents.Iam working in a private firm& never taken dwrory in marriage present time in her family his grandfather & his unmarried sister ,she does not like my family.If I talk to him about Divorce she will file False accusations of domestic violence and dowry case

श्रीमान सलाहकार जी
मेरी शादी को तीन साल होने जा रही है मै अपनी पत्नी से बहुत परेसान हू ,वह मेरे पास शादी के बाद से बहुत कम रहती है
अपने मायके मै ही ज्यादा रहती है ,जब कभी आ भी जाती है तब मेरे परिवार के सदस्यों से असभ्य व्यबहार करती है
और मै उसको कभी ससुराल से बुलाने जाता हू तो पत्नी और पत्नी की छोटी बहिन जो अविवाहित है काफी झगडा करती है
मुझ से असभ्य भासा का प्रयोग करती है वो कहती है कि मुझे तुम्हारे और तुम्हारे परिवार के साथ नहीं रहना है उसके माँ बाप
जीवित नहीं है जो शादी से पहले ही गुजर चुके थे वो मायके में एक वर्क शॉप क़ी मालिक है मै प्राइवेट जॉब करता हू शादी मै
कोई दहेज़ नहीं लिया था उसके परिवार मे उसकी छोटी बहिन तथा दादा जी है वह मेरे परिवार को बिलकुल पसंद नहीं करती
जहा तक वो मेरे छोटे अबोध भतीजो को भी पीट चुकी है अगर मै उससे तलाक क़ी बात करूँगा तो वह मुझे और मेरे परिवार को
घरेलू हिंसा तथा दहेज़ के झूठे इल्जाम मै फसवा सकती है मेरी माली हालत ठीक नहीं है उसका मायका मेरे घर से पास मै ही है
मै अगर परिवार परमर्स केंद्र भी जाऊंगा तो भी बिलकुल ऑपोजिट कार्य करेगी किर्पया मेरा मार्ग दरसन कराये मै बहुत परेशान हू

my younger Brother doing job in a multiplex company in NCR from 6 years but till date he not got any upper post pramotion & His salary
not efficience according to serving time limits .his post is former entry label which contenious till date .we are worried his serving condition his instead service record is good.but would not pramote any upper post
& nothing increment his salary efficiency.when his co-worker get pramote more then before time with his time .what he doing for this matter.

Can an employee will be witness in vasiyatnama or firm transfer when the owner
age is 71 years owner want to trasfer all type money & goods in favour of youngest son.
when he(owner) have also two others elder sons . when employee was in under pressure it would be at random employee feel fear to out of job employee feel if I can not do it he face financial crisis so he do it
& what are the law for neglect his witness in future

meri Shadi ko 2 saal ho gayi wife apne father house jyada rahti hai meri pas bahut kam rahti hai mari maa usko khusamad karke kai bar le aayi but wife 1 ya 2 din bad hi apne father ke ghar chali jati hai meri aamdni kam hai uske pas personal apna bank balence hai
ab uske apne father ke yaha kisi machine ko oprate karte samay reed ki haddi mai chautt (Hurt) lag gayi jiska treatment costly hai
ab wife muj se treatment karane ke liye jhagdati hai meri pas itna paisa nahi hai jis se mai uska costly treatment kara du wife ke pas paisa hai wo apna paisa apne liye bhi use nahi karna chahti uski choti sister mujhe dhamkati hai aur treatment karane ke liye jor dalti hai kai bar mere ko fasane ki damki de gayi hai mai apne yaha apni capacity ke according treatment kra bhi du to fir bhi wo apne father ke yaha chali jayegi aur muj per aarop lagati rahti hai ki jab aukat nahi thee to shadi kyu ki shadi per maine koi bat nahi chupayi na hi maine koi drowry manga

ham joint family mamber hai .for brothers with wife aur one unmarried sister hai

problem yah hai ki mere 3rd bhai ki wife aur uski sister aaye din dowry act lagane ki dhamki deti hai vah young hai aur bahut danger hai uski wife ki sister mere bhai ki shadi 30/11/10 ko hue thee abhi uske koi child nahi hai chote bhai ki wife ke mother & father expire ho chuke hai keval grandfather hai
uski saali aur grad father toolroom chalate 5 ya 5 admi unke yaha kam karte hai
bhai ki saali ghar aati hai to gandi gali aur dhamki dete hai case mai fasane ki
aur hamare childs aur wifes ke sath usna marpeet bhi ki 06/11/12 mai ek child ke kafi hurt aayi hai nose per
