I need to handover a letter to the Immigration stating that I am not working for any institutions or Organizations.. This should be written on a stamp paper worth of Rs.100/-. Could you please guide me how to write that please.

Attesting documents
Hi,
I wanted to attest my documents( birth certificate, passport etc). My husband got it signed by a Doctor. He has signed with his seal mentioning BSc MBBS AMA ONGC. But there is no seal as attested or mentioning that it is a copy of the original and he had seen it. Will this be accepted as attested document or do I need to get it attested by someone else.
BTW what does AMA and ONGC means? In chennai where can I get the documents attested?
