Extra deduction from salary for leave.

Dear Sir,

Please advise,

Our employer of the Pvt. Ltd. company doesn't allow leave one day before and after of any festival like Rakshabandhan and Holi etc.,

On this Holi he deducted Salary of 4 days or 1 week of all employees who took leave or was absent.

While there is option for 27 days leave in a year by management also.

So what should be done in this condition.

Please help to know the meaning of LW-1, LW-2 and LW-16 in the below para -

The father of the deceased Pathan Yasin Khan, LW-1 and her mother
Pathan Shamshad Begum, LW-2 were present at that time. LW-1, lodged the
report, which was registered by Sri K. Srinivasarao, LW-16, the Sub-
Inspector of Police.

Precaution from fake allegation of 498a and etc.

Dear Sir,

Please help that how can I protect my family against fake allegation of dowry and others while my big brother got love cum arranged marriage in Dec’2011,

Because of my big brother’s wife has been giving threats continue to do so and destroy all happiness of family.

Now my big brother is not ready to do anything and want to bear everything. But due to behave of both we all members are under extreme tension and totally depressed also many time she got humiliated us in society also.

I have ill mother and younger sister and don’t want to make them any more irritated even want to protection also.

Please help.
