MY FRIEND BORROWED RS.100000/- 15 YRS. AGO. NOW HE WANT TO TRANSFER HIS PLOT USING GIFT DEED IN MY NAME.CAN HE DO SO ? IF YES , WHAT REASON SHOULD BE MENTION ON THE AGREEMENT ?
