Dear Sir
I do have a deed on Rs.750 stamp papers. But the same is now required to be amended due to death of one partner among the three. Kindly suggest how much value of stamp paper is required for the supplementary deed so as to add one new partner and also showing the clause of death of a partner.

Dear All,
One of my known Hindu friend is a housewife in Solapur Maharashtra. She married in the year 2007 and now even has a 5 years male child. Since last 2 years it is found that the husband has not approached to her. It is also confirmed by the sources that her husband is leaving with someone else. Finally she is now fed up with her life and wants to have a divorce by mutual consent without alimony. Moreover her husband also wants the same keeping the child in his custody.
As my friend is not so much educated so kindly let me know the steps to be followed by her. I want to know that what would be the total expense required to set her free to start a new life and what are the legal formalities.

Can RTI be filed against branches of bank?
Dear Sirs,
In my case the elder brother wants the information from bank regarding the debit and credit of pension funds of her mother pension account who is no more since a year. It is suspected that the younger brothers who were in touch of mother transfered the pension funds or else utilised in support of branch manager of the branch. So to clarify the utilisation of funds the elder brother wants to file a RTI against branch as he is deprived of bank passbook or bank statements by branch and younger brothers.
