Missing document in case file

Hello Experts,
We are fighting an appeal to DV judgement ( given in favor of the us/husband). The notice was sent at the address of the company, the husband was working with, earlier. So the concerned Police Station has taken a letter from the company mentioning the husband doesn't work with them anymore, and his address available with them is so and so. The letter was part of the case file.( We didn't notice if there was any covering letter with it carrying any exhibit number.) The matter will be heard for argument on next date. The letter is useful to the appellant in CrPC 125 case ( which is running in parallel). The letter is missing in the case file since last date. How should we bring this to notice of the court? Or is it possible to get the letter misplaced by any other reason?

Pending completion report and sell deed

Dear Experts,
We are an apartment of 32 flats. Agreement between the builder and land owners for developing the land is for 100 years. The builder died after completing the construction work. We are residing in the flats since last 10 years. The completion and hence sell deed is still pending.
When we approached the Municipal Corporation, we found that plan submitted and the actual constriction on site are not matching. Some flats were not in the plan submitted to the Corporation. Now the corporation says, pay penalty and get completion certificate. But the problem is : there is a conflict on who will pay the penalty. Some owners are asking to distribute it equally and some are saying it should be imposed only on the owners whose flats are not sanctioned.
What is the legal procedure to pay the penalty and complete the further formalities to ultimately have our names on the property card?

No mention of party-in-person appearance in a criminal case

Hello Experts,
I was fighting a criminal case (IPC 376). After the court recorded statement of first witness, I decided to appear in person (party-in-person) in the matter. The court also allowed me. Eventually, I was acquitted. The court announced judgement and gave order. In the order, name of my lawyer has appeared. And the court has not mentioned anywhere in the order that the accused has appeared in person.
Now, to get a certificate/letter from the court saying I have fought the case in person, what can I do?

Marriage dissolution

Dear Experts,
My sister left her matrimonial place almost 10 years back. Before leaving, both the parties signed an affidavit that they are not willing to stay together and hence getting separated forever and that they don't have any claims against each other. They have no kids from the marriage.
There was no legal divorce. The man got married afterwards.
My sister is planning to get married now. But as the separation is not legal, we lost some proposals.
Is there any way to dissolve the marriage legally now, without involving the other party?

376 defense

Hello,
I'm facing 376 and 506 from my brother's wife. Actually, its through a property matter. She wanted my father to transfer his house on her name. We all refused(including brother). So she filed the case against me. Its three months since then she and my brother are living separately.(She is still in my father's house and my brother and my father have come to my place). She has also filed DV case against the whole family.
My brother is having depression. But he has tolerated all this and doing his job well( She had informed his employer, but the employer supported my brother and also extended a helping hand )
In the 376 case, a lawyer said: In case you fail to prove your innocence, your brother's statement will not be taken valid by considering him mentally unstable. The judgement will be largely dependent on the petitioner's (my brother's wife) statement, which will be against you.So she must turn hostile to save you from this case. Is it so?
