In case of bank finance what is the legal role of demand promissory note and how to execute / fill up demand promissory note in case of proprietary concern, partnership firm and by company. Means how many signs required in firm capacity and personal capacity.

Whether it is compulsory to registrationcerter partnership firm with ROF to open current account with bank?
Meaning thereby whether ROF registration certificate mandatory to open current account with bank in view of banker's side to comply with KYC norms in case of partnership firm?

From which date TDS provision applicable to Co. Op. Banks. Finance Act, 2015 had withheld exemption from TDS provision.

I am a freelancer grain broker carrying out business of commission agent (Grain) and he dont have any formal shop or office for business. He just took order from customers and place order to merchants for delivery to customer the goods. Now I wants to introduce my brother in his business with formal partnership and want to carry business in name of partnership but, problem is that we dont have formal shop or office. Pleaae advise whether we can use some other merchants office / shop address by using "care of" word for preparing partnership deed and registration of partnership? Please also advise me if any other alternative available. I hope urgent attention or reply to my query as i am in a urgency to take a decision

Dear Sir / Madam, I had signed as a second guarantor in personal loan taken by my cousin brother from Modheshwari Co. Op. Housing society and now he is not paying any installment and legal notice is frequently received from Society to me to pay installment the loan is outstanding or say older about over three years please tell me a valid legal advice to come out from this matter. Please let me know whole legal procedure to withdraw my name as a second guarantor from this loan.

Remedy for short stamp dury
Dear sir / madam,
While executing Deed of hypothication against stock stamp duty of Rs. 1,00,000/- paid instead of Rs. 1,25,000/- hence Rs. 25,000 short paid in 2012 but, now it has been found out so, now which remedy available to rectify such deficiancy in such document?
Please reply as prompt as practible as its an URGENT matter.
