R sir/ mam. I am 33 years old and divorced on 2015 . Now on 2017 my family has registered my name in. Matrimonial site and selected one girl too with that site. I have been in conversation with her in Whatsup and mobile since march 2017 last month and proposed each other too in text without any meeting and by watching only profile photo . Now 5 days before she came to my city with her family and my family including me went to their cousin home for general meeting. After meeting I observed that her nature is not so suitable and she only need me but not my family. So don't want to continue with her any more. So please suggest if I reject her or break up with her so can she file any case on me or my family.pls suggest it's urgent.

R/sir-mam my taxable income is below the limit of Rs.250000/- so I used to submit Form 15G form for HDFC deposits for every financial year. I have never filed ITR before .but for fy 2016-17 I missed to submit Form 15 g in bank and TDS deducted from my account. So please suggest -1) can I get refund the amount deducted without filing ITR and what will be the status of next months TDS if I submit form 15g this month. 2)Deposit certificates are joint with my mother so shall we have to calculate my salary too in taxable income for tax assessment.

False allegations by hotel staff to his owner
R/sir. I m a fast food Chinese restaurant owner and once given advance rs 75000 to my shop and regular follow alternatively from him for amount return either in lump sum or in installments. But since few days he is not coming to join job without any information and yesterday he was found working in my competitors shop. I went to him and picked him in my car for general discussions in my brother's house. After discussion l released him safely and he was also agreed to pay advance back and join the job again . On evening I came to know that he has registered false allegations against me in local police station to that I have beaten him hardly and police also came to my shop to pick up for police station. I requested them to arrange medical report too but they carried forward for the next day and assured me if reports come positive then they will charge so many cases against me. I m totally innocent. So please suggest the better ways
