Dear Experts,
After resign My company is not giving experience letter and relieving letter they said it is not in company policy. But new employer is demanding the experience and relieving letter. Pls tell me can i intiate any legal against my previous employer not to provide relieving & experience letter.

Dear Experts,
our branch in jaipur is in loss hence we have decided to close the branch. also we have offer the jaipur's branch workers to work at our head office situated at delhi. however some of the workers are agree to be shift from jaipur to delhi but some workers are not agreeing to be shift. plz clarify the legal procedure to close the branch as per labour laws also clarify will i have pay any compensation to the employees who are not agreeing to work at our delhi branch,

Dear experts
i was marry in 2010 in 2011 my wife gone to her parents and since then she has not came back. i had tried to convince her to come back with me but she is not ready finally she said i don't want to live with you. Now neither she is not coming nor giving divorce to me. please suggest me what to do in this scenario?

Mental cruelty divorce
Dear Sir Mam,
I was marry in June 2017 with the girl having consent of both (arranged marriage? Since than we are not any physical relation . my wife doesn't allow all that also she doesn't tell any reason. However even I have tried my best to convince her to cooperate but she neglect. Pls let me know unless having physical relation whether lagally we are husband & wife. Can I file the divorce petition on the ground of cruelty cited that we never had physical relation?
