Probate civil suit - testator name incorrect.

My brother file a probate suit against me and claim a licensed shop in his favor
my respected query is :- 1) my mother name incorrect in the "WILL"
2) Clearly mention Assets license shop

my application u/o 7 r 11 cpc dismissed on the ground no maintainable

please advise your valuable view.

Validation of will in bogus notary public attesting ?

I am the beneficiary and executor of my mother will. She has left her property to me in Delhi. I have not applied for a probate Due to my mother will middle name is incorrect and on my knowledge notary seal is bogus.
please suggest if i file probate suit it is face for challenge through opposite party.

Criminal complaint for petitioner file false claim in civil

Hello Sir, In a civil suit, petitioner has filed plaint a false claim Is it possible to initiate a criminal suit against him.
Fact are : petitioner claim probate suit basis of A WILL, But suit property not the self – acquired by the deceased.
