Joint option for higher pension format

Dear Experts
Pranam to all...
Need your valuable help, which helps to a lot of people also.
As all of you know, EPFO announced joint option to get higher pension.
For that, many saying different formats are there for different people i.e. people retired before 01.09.2014, after 01.09.2014, still in service etc.,
Could you please confirm what format I need to submit to avail higher pension in portal
My EPFO contribution started from 05.01.1996 and still having 2 years service to attain age of 58.
Still I am in service of the same organisation.
I understand many of HR people also totally unaware of this scheme process.
Hence, could you please guide (share link of formats applicable to different types of people).
Thanks to all, who guide in this matter.

Guidance

Dear Experts

This is general question. Can you please guide your view in the following issue.

I grandfather applied for land title for a forest land 5 decades back by submitting najarana receipts issued by jamidars (landlords) at that time and taxes paid to local authorities.

After a long proceedings in High Court, judgement came in our favour in 2003.

But either RDO or MRO not initiated further action till date whether to file revision petition in HC on the judgement or by issuing title deeds in our favour yet.

Here my doubts is after HC final verdict, can the said authorities set aside the file without initiating any proper action.

How to handle this. Requesting your valuable views.

Please guide.

Kind regards

Bonus entitlement

Dear Learned Experts

I have a doubt on Payment of Bonus Act 1965/2015

Giving below my monthly salary slip details for the FY 2015-16

BASIC RS. 8925
HRA RS. 3570
CONVEYANCE RS. 1600
SPECIAL ALLOWANCES RS. 10155
MEDICAL ALLOWANCE RS. 1250

GROSS SALARY RS. 25500

Can you please guide me whether I am eligible for bonus under the Payment of Bonus Act 1965/201 or not.

If eligible, what is the amount of entitlement.

Our HR Head saying those whose gross salary crosses Rs. 21000, not eligible for bonus.

Few saying salary mean Basic + DA which few others saying all amounts to be clubbed.

I am unable to understand government department english definitions.

Hence, could you please guide

Thank you all

Powers to village sarpanch

Could you please guide me whether the village sarpanch in andhra pradesh have any clear-cut judicial powers.

I think in Bihar, the sarpanch order will enjoy full legality, and an appeal against such orders could be made at district courts.

Do they have any powers to recommend to issue right of record of a land to the occupancy, which is in his possession for more than 50 years???

Requested for file copy under rti act

Dear Experts

I request a valuable information from you

I requested a entire file copy from Application stage to judgment pertaining to my father from the Andhra Pradesh High Court under RTI Act. This case was closed during 1997.

I sent my application by affixing Rs. 25 worth court fee stamps and addressed my request to State Public Information Officer (SPIO).

He rejected my application stating a case " KARNATAKA INFORMATION COMMISSIONER Vs STATE PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER & ANR (SLP (Civil) No. 4876 of 2013 " and mentioned that SPIO is not the proper authority to secure the required record and advised to move appropriate application for obtaining certified copy under the relevant rules of High Court Appellate Side Rules, subject to entitlement. Also advised if aggrieved, prefer an appeal before the appellate authority cum Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad under section 19 of the act within 30 days from the date of receipt of the instant order.

From the above, could you please guide me how to move fresh application and whom to address and the rules to move the fresh application.

Thank you all

Rti act 2005

Dear Experts

I need advice from you

I have been asking a file copy under RTI Act 2005 from AP State Government Department, which is not responding for the past 2 years. Earlier I sent several remainders and sent a request in CC to CIC of Andhra Pradesh also, who did not taken up any initiative

As I have no trust on CIC of AP, recently I submitted the entire correspondence to Central Chief Information Commissioner. Truly, I don't know how quickly the CIC takes initiative to resolve the issue as recently came to know that near about 22000 pleas are in pending at CIC of India

Can any one tell me which department (central government department) monitors the successful implementation of RTI Act 2005. Can I have any response, If I approached them?

Please guide me

Thanks and Regards

Rti act - third party information

Dear Experts

Pranam to all

I have a question

I have been asking for a file copy from AP Land Administration for the past more than 2 years under RTI Act.

Actually this file belongs to my grandfather, who applied for sanction of patta for a forest land. My grandfather had two sons. My father is younger and as per oral agreement among the family members, my father is entitled for 75% share.

After my grandfather death, we don't know how my father's brother managed, he changed the name and got patta in his name. Till, the case is going in lokayukta court for grant of patta.

To know what happened wrong & where the things gone wrong, as a grandson, I am asking for the file from AP Land Administration under RTI Act, for which they are not responding.

I heard about third party clause in RTI Act. Is the clause applicable to me and Am I become a third party in this issue or having right to seek information under RTI Act.

Secondly, I have no trust over State Information Commission. So, can I take up this case with Central Information Commission?

Please guide me and excuse me for giving you trouble with a big question.

Thanks and Regards

Venu
