Sir,
The company as to exports medicine outside india for that form sales tax department what kind of formality as to be done or whether the company exports sale without any formality form sales tax at that time what kind of tax to be paid by the company.please sugges me.

According to west bengal value added tax act:
1. You have to prove that the goods actually crossed the border for that transport document has to be stamped by the authority.
2. The purchaser should be a person of outside india.
3. The purchaser should furnish exemption certificate.
4. You should not charge any tax on the bill.
