Hello Experts,
Husband filed evidence statement as part of divorce 13 (a) i. Wife filed counter claim. Husband filing response along with he also wants to submit few extra document as evidence. No cross examination happend till now. It is possible for husband to file extra document as evidence or at any later stage he can file? Please advice.

yes its too open to all even at before the delivery of the final order any one can bring new material and related evidence before the court

Yes. Additional evidence can be filed with the permission of the court.

THERE IS NO BAR TO PRODUCE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS AT ANY TIME DURING THE COURSE OF ENQUIRY. BUT THE CIRCUMSTANCES MUST BE ACCEPTABLE REASONABLE ONE
