Fake panchnama

Wife filed a false 498a case and included an allegation made by my aged parents of dowry demand at her place.

HC quashed the case against parents. There is a fabricated panchnama in the chargesheet corresponding to the place of alleged dowry demand. Can I file any case against the so-called panchas who are brothers of the wife? The panchnama has been signed 1 month after the alleged incident.

This is not appropriate stage to file any case against panchas. Let you acquit from the criminal case and only then you can initiate as desired.

only after acquittal, you can institute proceedings for compensation and damages for malicious prosecution
