Dear Sir,
I'm a complainer a complaint case, after file the complaint case accused file a civil suit with same fake documents.
please advised will I file new complaint case against the plaintiff to M M Court?

Defend the civil case filed by so called accused. Prove the documents as fake in the court.

Accused Fake property Documents produced two difference place.
fist fake documents produced to development authority for applied lease hold to free hold (I was already file complaint case in the court of M.M)
2nd fake documents produced to civil court
please advised will I file against complaint case file, due to opposite party 2nd time produced fake document in court of civil judge.
Please advice will I file again complaint case or not or this is my right or not ?

Without discussion of the case history, grounds of your assumption about the property documents to be fake, for what purpoe the case is filed, etc., it is not understood what sort of advice you want from the experts.
For appropriate advice, better discuss the whole issue in detail and also intimate, what is the opinion of your own lawyer, whom you hired for civil case.
