False charge of ndps act

one of my frend is arrest by the police in NDPS act. the police officer state that he was recovered 10 grm smack from him.but their was no another witness except police team.my frend said to me that he was arrest in false charge because he had not carries such that thing.
so plz advice me what i do for him.

is your friend a drug addict?
has he been found with small quantity of drug in his posession ?

was it for personal consumption?

he can take benefit of section 64A of NDPS act and opt for treatment and gain immunity

without challan we cann't tell any thing about the case but if police made false case he must approach to the S.P., I.G., D.G.P. for quashing the FIR and action against those police officers. if that not work then after 80 CPC file a criminal complaint against those police officer in court.

NO, ajay sir he is a good guy,he has never involved in that's matter.there was a controversy between his father and police officer,so that why he is taking revenge from them to involving him in false case.
plz advice me what i have to do.
