Hi there..

I would like to have your advice on this issue..
Two years back I was studying in japanese university(in japan)
I met first love there –indian guy (he did master course,me bachelor, but we graduated same semester)
I met him in apartment office, he was so nice, kind to me, as we were all foreigner students.. I was feeling lonely until I met him.. He was renting the house alone, so I decided to relocate, and we started living together. It was my first realtion with a boy*, he became special to me..
After two weeks of just hug and kiss, we had intercourse…I am a muslim girl, at that time I didn’t realize what a great mistake I made in life.. if not him, I wouldn’t do se* ..
Currently , he is working in india, government job,. I am continuing studies here in my country..
I visited his family this winter. Parents are both kind, nice people. I like indian lifestyle, culture. I am ready for such great changes in life,as I love him so much..
I stayed there 53 days, and returned home,as new semester started.
He promised to marry once I complete studies..
But he broke his promise, now looking at matches, he s planning to marry same caste, hindi girl from hi s area, as parents wish.. How abt me??!
I want back.. many times we skype chat, he thinks, it is not possible for him to marry foreigner. And india is hot, spicy food, not safe …etc..,..
What is my rights here..? Can u kindly help, advise what can i do next??

if your boy friend had sex with promise to marry you and you can prove it then you can lodge police complaint against your boy friend . sex with promise of marriage amounts to rape .

The promise was made while studying in Japan, you had relations there. Law of that country can help, consult a local lawyer there.
In India, sex after promise of marriage is considered rape.

Being an offence committed in a foreign soil, your boy friend cannot be tried by Indian laws. However, since you have stated that you stayed around 53 days with him in India, you can utilise that stay in your favor and lodge a complaint with the local police of his jurisdiction with a copy endorsed to your country's embassy in India. He cannot run away from the offence utilising the loop holes in law, you may also lodge a complaint with the Indian embassy situated in your country narrating the details reduced to writing and by furnishing full particulars of the Indian boy friend. Try.
