False statement by sister in law in dv affidavit

Hi experts,

In DV affidavit my wife has mentioned that I called her sister and threatened her which is recorded by my sister in law which is totally false .
Can I file case against my sister in law and under what section please......

false allegation are part of Dv case . how else will your wife make out a case if is no truth in the alleagtions

let your wife and sister in law prove those allegations . dont file any case now

file ur counter affidavit in ur case stating

the true facts in it, in concerned court.

The allegations are false, is to be proved by you by leading cogent evidence and once court also becomes convinced with you and makes order accordingly only then you have got chance to initiate legal action against her so first confine to the proper defence of your case.
