Hi Sir/Madam,
I married in 2012, after 7 months of my marriage my wife absconded with her mother and father without my permission.
My wife was carrying when she was absconded 7 months.
Police complaint - Reason
She has given a police complaint that I should not invite my father, elder brothers and sisters to my home etc and there we together went mutually compromised on stay together without inviting family etc.
Is this correct and wrong complaint.?
After compromised 10 days later I went and took her to my home, and then I am back to workplace.
She again absconded with with her mother and father without my permission.
My father asked to me stay calm and don’t go for any police complaints against my side on them.
I was injured with two legs and I went through surgery and it took 1 year to recover , wife do not care about me even I was injured.
My father was feeling bad about this and with that depression he passed away, in the funeral time also wife did not come, my child was 1 -2 years old.
I was alone since that time and I lost trust on her, and planning to clear of and settle with divorce.
TODAY
Today we received Lawyer notice on my father, brother, sisters-2 and my 2nd elder sister received letter.
I was at outstation,notice at my home town, my sister informed me on this.
How do I proceed further? i don’t know yet what’s the notice information which received by my sister.
I am not in my home town, what will be the impact on the notice, actions against me.
I am planning to take divorce, how many months/years to take for the clearance.
Please advise on this, how do I proceed further.

The notices sent to you can be sent to you by email, Whatsapp etc etc.

MCD shall be quick and easy. Your wife may agree and may have some terms for you that you can examine.
Contested divorce: The incidences posted by you smack of mental cruelty.

Notice is meaningless, just ignore.
If your wife is ready for divorce, seek her consent and file mutual consent divorce; otherwise file divorce on the grounds of cruelty meted by her. You may add to her desertion ground if she has left your company 2 years before filing the petition.
Consult a local prudent lawyer for proper guidance and proceeding.

"Absconding" is not the right word to be used.She had only went to her Parents and it should not be branded as" absconding".Now that you have a child have an amicable settlement and unite with your child and wife.Family courts also wishes the Family to be United Only.If the Other side Lawyer is Competent the Divorce case could be dragged for decades.
