Dear Sir,
I dhananjay Addagatla residing at Lower parel,and like to ak a query that I am the legal Son n representative of the Room premises located in chawl , we are 2 brothers n a dispute was there for the said room. The rlvent documents in respected of the room originally stans in the name of ou Deceased father I written a letter to committee Secretary That I have Objection for Name change n the favour of my younger brother. then after few days a meeting was held and mutually agreed to pay some amount
due date was 28-2-2012, he paid the amount on 28-1-2012 amount,my family and my mother and me signed a Release deed, but I came to knew that he sold he Room before the meeting and kept Secret and cheated me.
can I give the Notice to stop the Rent receipt in favour of his name.
please suggest me.

As a fraud has been played with you by impersonating as if your younger brother shall live in the chawl, you can stop paying rent receipts and can tale legal action in the given matter. You should be entitled to have 1/2 share in the sale proice if it is decided to sale the possession.

If the sale is before the release, then sale itself is illegal and you can challenge the same.

Dear Sirs,
I dhananjay Addagatla appreciating for giving your valuable advices and like to ask a query that I written a letter to committee Secretary That I have Objection for Name change. I given the Notices to stop the Rent receipt to landlord and Committee, can I approach the lawyer to take Injunction Order to get possession in the premises, please suggest me.what would be the next step if landlord transfer the name on 3rd party without my knowledge.
