Family dispute

(Querist) 21 January 2016 This query is : Resolved
Dear experts,
My in laws are demanding a car and money during compromise negotiations and the compromise deed was also written in bad faith throwing the entire blame on me. I refused to sign it. In the mediation centre, my husband is telling the judge that I am refusing to compromise and to treat the compromise as failed. How can I convince the judge about the unlawful demands. Judge asked both of us to bring our own terms and conditions and he will settle it.

Appear before the court with all the facts in detail including the unnecessary demands for the forceful compromise. Request your lawyer to put the matter strongly before the court. You ll certainly get the relief.
