Farmer of other state can buy agri.land in gujarat ?

My mother was farmer in maharashtra and so i have purchased agricultural land in gujarat in her name before some years Due to high court order her name mutated in 7/12 now by succession in her presence my name also mutated in 7/12

Now my question is can i buy another agri.land in my name in guajarat now ? As my advocate says that your name entered in 7/12 by succession you can not buy agri.land in gujarat as by promulgation you are not farmer so you cant so is it true ?

Only an agriculturalist can purchase such land. Any farmer across the country can invest in agricultural land.

The title of a farmer can only be inherited through ancestors' land,
