Father purchased properly i.e a Land in 1990 for daughter-in-law. He made sale deed directly name of daughter-in-law. After that daughter-in-law having her name on 7 12 of that land. Now daughter's filed suite against that property after father's death. They are claiming they have shares in that land because it was purchased by their father.
Now I just want to know that whether daughter's are eligible to get shares in that property or land that is in name of daughter-in-law?

Yes Daughter will have equal share with his brother mother and all other heirs of class 1 as per section 8 of Hindu succession act if father has dies intestate , even when it was purchased in name of daughter in law , the actual owner will be father, and yes you can file a partition suit.

Was the consideration for the purchase (i.e. cost of the land) paid from the earning of the father-in-law or common family resources?

As per my information our family had taken loan for this purchase. 4 years after purchase my grandfather died in 1994. But my mother repaid total loan after his death.

If you have proof that your mother paid the total amount from the earnings of herself then your mother will have right over the property. but it is better to solve the problem amicably with elders/well wishers of your family as all are your relatives for any interruption.
