Dear Advocates!
I request your suggestion to solve the following query:
State : Tamil Nadu
Mrs. A had purchased a property in 1938. She died intestate in the year 1973 leaving behind her husband and daughter as her legal heirs.
Her husband and daughter died 1975 and 1979 respectively.
Daughter's husband is the only legal heir of her daughter. He executed a will in favbour of his brother's wife in respect of the property inherited from Mrs.A by her daughter.
