Mr A has filed an appeal in the April 2008 without enclosing any certificate of deposit of amount ordered by the Controlling authority Is the appeal Mainainable ? How one can maintain appeal without deposit of money ordered .

sir i am very sorry , This is for filing appeal under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. Thanks for answering .

Without enclosing any certificate of deposit of amount ordered by the Controlling authority the appeal is not Mainainable. No one can maintain appeal without deposit of money ordered and to be deposited in the court.
