Filing of suit for claiming right in deceased mothera propery

My mother deceased before 2003.In 2003 a legal heir certificate was obtained from Tahasildar in which the names of my father,5sisters including myself and brother are included. In 2006 the property was sold by other legalheirs except myself to the husband of one of my sisters.It was suggested in the lawyers forum to file a suit for claiming my rights. The property is situated at Anantapur AP. It is residential plot. The current guideline value is Rs,250000.I reuest you to guide me regarding suit expenses,lawyers fee etc

contact a local lawyer for filing suit . court fees would depend upon court fees act of your state . lawyers fees vary .
