FIR IS A PROBLEM FOR CAREER OR NOT?

Unexpectedly I met with an accident where I'm driving the vehicle I hit another vehicle.mine and his vehicle got damaged he filed FIR against me I went to police station and I had given my details and I had attended the court and paid the fine and now the case is closed.

In future is there any problems for me in going to abroad or joining in software companies etc...,

Please tell me if any measures that I need to take.

while filling attestation form give facts truly. when you have paid fine you are convicted.

Do not hide facts while applying for passport or visa.

It may not create v problem in getting passport or getting software job in private sector.

First of all Yours is Not A Criminal Case.Secondly You have Paid the Fine and the Case is Over and as of Now No Case is Pending against You.In PassPort Application they Specifically Ask Only About the Cases that are Pending and Even in Police Verification they would Verify Only about Cases Pending.So Nothing to Worry In Your Case.

1. We do not entertain and advise an anonymous author, you must declare your identity if want to have some expert opinion and guidance.
2. Fine cannot be imposed without being held guilty, however, it shall have no bearing on issuance of passport.
